Nyőgér
Írjon mindenki,aki Pápanyőgérről bármit tud. Értem itt a történelmi korszakokban lejátszódó eseményeket. A háború idején történtekről, az elveszettekről a sok Amerikába kitelepülőről,a kitelepítés,és felvidéki betelepítésről.
Milyen volt a régi falu,és milyen a mai helyzet. Várok mindenkit aki tud a falu történetéről,ill. vannak régi képei.
A mai falu nyomaiban sem hasonlít a régi,dolgos kezek által gondozott házak,és széles akácfás faluképhez. Ennek bizonyítéka az itt bemutatott képek. Tegyünk arról együtt,ha lehet,hogy valami változzon meg,és a falu ne tűnjön el teljesen a térképről!

Ács János,ismerős név. Sajnos a szöveget nagyjából értem csak. Anyám tudott volna válaszolni,hogy a leszármazottak kik. Én 57 éves vagyok,sajnos a kivándoroltakra csak a családból emlékszem.
Mindenesetre örülök,hogy a világ valamely részén élve eszükbe jutott ez a kis falu. Boldog Karácsonyt kívánok. NO spíck english!!!!Kati

Remélem tudod,ki vagyok,és örülök a képeknek. A mamáék,és ahol te vagy,az a Kamival egyidős. Jó látni a régi házatok,a Zsédenyi fiúkat,és nem utolsósorban aput ilyen fiatalon. Köszi a képeket,és ha lesz valami még tedd fel. Nekem is vannak képek még a házról,és a gyerekekről,apámékról,de nem tudom a fekete -fehér képeket feltenni. Ha van ötleted írj! Kati néni

Kedves Réka!Nagyon köszönöm a segítséget. Sajnos mivel anyám meghalt,nem emlékszem ezeknek a családi neveknek a létére. Csak az Ács János ismerős. Amit még tudok, hogy a Tinger Nikodém,és felesége az Ács Erzsébet/Bözsi néni/ 56-ban Amerikába disszidáltak,két gyermekük volt egy lány a Bözsi,a fiút Öcsinek becézték. Ha ezzel előbbre jutunk,akkor már ért valamit a fórum. Korban a gyerekek nálam idősebbek,tehát nem is emlékezhetnek rám.Egyébként nem is tudom,talán Ön inkább,hogy Angliából,Amerikából,netán Ausztráliából jött a levél. Unfortunately Kati doesn't remember these names only for the Ács János.
She knows that Tinger Nikodém and his wife Ács Erzsébet emigrated to USA in 1956. They had 2 children. The children are older than Kati.
Where do you write from? UK, USA, Australia?
I will ask Kati about searh the records.

Mi Veszprémben lakunk. Nyőgér kihalóban van. sok a roma,akik mimdent tönkretettek. a 60.-as évekből,és 72-74 között nekem is van képem a szüleimről,gyerekeimről.Ha tudom felteszem. Mára befejezem,mert már a betüket sem látom. Ja és videófelvétel az egész templombelsőről. Számomra még ma is az a legszebb teplom.ITT volt alegszebb teleraakott,csillgó golyós karácsnfa, a kisíjézus a jászolban,és minden ünnep.Az éjféli mise bemenő éneke a Stille Ncht,utána többi szép ének,kifelére e mennyből az angyal a férfiak tercével végig hanzott a ropogófehér hóval teli,fagyos fehér éjszakában. Gyönyörü volt. Szegénység,de boldogság a szívekben.Kati

I'm writing from the United States, New Jersey to be exact. My cousins and I have been doing a family tree and we are trying to locate information on relatives in Hungary. And my great grandmother, her father and a few aunts and cousins that we have names for. I have been through the microfilm for Beb, Csot, SzentLaszlo, but I'm getting conflicting stories as to where the PapaNyoger microfilm is. I can't locate any of the family but I do have a Hungarian Birth Certificate for a cousin Lina Acs from Nyoger in Vesprem. It has Janos Acs and Anna Szahan listed as her parents both from Nyoger. My great grandmothers paper from immigration has her listed as coming over with Janos Acs and they are both listed as coming from Nyoger. My great grandmothers half sister Hannah is listed as coming over from Beb, but I can't seem to located her in the church records.

Both the R.Cath and Lutheran Church Records are with Vanyola. The Civil Records (started after 1895) are with Csot.

smjh: Vanyola to USA
I am researching my uncle's family from Vanyola. His mother, Zsofia Simon, was born 04 Nov 1895. She was the daughter of Jozsef Simon and Zsofia Bungyas(?). She married Gyulas Erdélyi from Csönge, Vas Megye. They emigrated to Detroit, Michigan, USA, before 1915. They died in 1918 of the Spanish Flu, leaving two small boys, aged 3 and 2 years old (my uncle). My uncle will be 93 next month, and I am trying to locate information on his family from Vanyola and Csönge. Help would be very much appreciated.
